VisionRenamer is a product operated by Bangin Meats LLC. These Terms govern your access to and use of VisionRenamer. In these Terms, “VisionRenamer,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bangin Meats LLC operating the VisionRenamer service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use VisionRenamer.
1. The service
VisionRenamer uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to analyze images and suggest descriptive filenames. Results can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular marketplace, search engine, workflow, or legal purpose. You are responsible for reviewing every filename before relying on it.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding sign-in credentials, and activity under your account. You may not create repeated trial accounts to avoid payment, credit, or usage limits.
3. Your images and permissions
You retain ownership of your images. You grant VisionRenamer and its service providers a limited right to receive, store, transmit, resize, analyze, rename, package, and delete submitted images only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You represent that you have all rights and permissions required to upload and process them.
4. Credits
One credit is consumed for each image successfully renamed. Failed processing does not consume a credit. Promotional credits are used before subscription credits, and subscription credits before purchased credits. Promotional terms may change for future offers.
Monthly and annual subscriptions currently include 10,000 credits each month. Unused subscription credits do not roll over; that allowance resets to 10,000 at each monthly grant. Purchased credits remain available through subscription creation, renewal, plan changes, and cancellation unless refunded or otherwise stated at purchase.
5. Subscriptions and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Prices, billing intervals, and included credits are displayed before checkout. When canceled, access and remaining subscription credits continue through the paid-through date and then expire. Purchased and eligible promotional credits are not removed solely because a subscription ends.
Annual subscription payments are not refunded mid-term except where required by law or expressly approved by VisionRenamer. To move from Annual to Monthly, cancel annual renewal before the paid-through date. The Annual plan and its monthly credit grants continue through that date; after the annual term ends, you may choose Monthly.
6. Purchases, refunds, and disputes
Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law or expressly approved by VisionRenamer, completed subscription charges and consumed credits are non-refundable. You may request billing assistance through the contact page. Approved credit-pack refunds remove the corresponding purchased credits. If refunded credits have already been consumed, account access may be restricted while the balance is reviewed. Charge disputes may also cause immediate account restriction while investigated.
7. Files, downloads, and retention
Each batch may contain up to 1,000 images, and an account may process only one batch at a time. Uploaded sources and generated ZIP files are private temporary working artifacts, not a permanent backup service. Downloadable ZIPs may remain available for up to 48 hours while retained. Clearing a batch removes it from the active workspace and queues its source and ZIP artifacts for deletion while preserving job history, billing records, and credit records. You are responsible for downloading and backing up every ZIP part you need before clearing the workspace.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use VisionRenamer unlawfully; process content you lack permission to use; upload malware or harmful material; violate privacy, intellectual-property, or publicity rights; probe or bypass security or usage controls; interfere with other users; resell unauthorized access; or use automation in an abusive manner.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access to protect customers or the service, respond to suspected fraud, disputes, security concerns, legal requirements, abusive behavior, or unpaid amounts. Where practical, the account page or email will explain the restriction and how to contact support.
10. Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or error-free AI output. We may modify or discontinue features, limits, providers, or future pricing. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required.
11. Disclaimers and limitation
VisionRenamer is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisionRenamer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or loss caused by reliance on generated filenames. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid VisionRenamer during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. VisionRenamer relies on third-party infrastructure, payment, AI, and email providers whose services may also be governed by their terms.
13. Referral program
When available, a customer may share a reusable referral link or code. A referred customer receives only the trial or offer displayed at signup. Unless a different offer is displayed, the referrer may receive promotional credits once after the referred customer makes their first qualifying paid credit-pack or subscription purchase. Referral rewards may be subject to a hold and may be canceled or reversed following a refund, payment dispute, fraud, self-referral, duplicate attribution, abuse, or ineligibility.
The first valid referral attached during the stated attribution window controls. Referral links may be reused, but each referred customer can create only one reward. Promotional referral credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be removed to the extent still unused when the underlying purchase is refunded or disputed. We may pause, modify, or close the program prospectively; already-earned rewards remain subject to the terms recorded when attributed.
