VisionRenamer is a product operated by Bangin Meats LLC. This Policy, last updated August 13, 2026, explains how Bangin Meats LLC, operating as VisionRenamer, handles information when you visit the website, create an account, purchase credits or a subscription, process images, or contact support.
1. Information we collect
We collect account and profile information such as name, email address, company, authentication identifiers, account role, and preferences. We maintain credit balances, subscription status, purchase/refund records, job history, generated filenames, file status, service-performance records, and administrative audit records.
When you contact us, we collect the information in your message. We also process technical and security information such as request data, timestamps, browser/request information, authentication events, failures, and rate-limit records needed to operate and protect the service.
2. Uploaded images
Images are uploaded to private temporary storage. VisionRenamer analyzes an optimized processing copy to generate filename suggestions while using the original uploaded file for downloads. Source images and generated ZIPs are temporary working files. ZIPs may remain downloadable for up to 48 hours while retained. Clearing a completed batch schedules related source and ZIP files for deletion. Job history and generated filename records may remain after those files are deleted.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide image analysis and downloads; authenticate accounts; calculate, reserve, consume, grant, and refund credits; administer subscriptions and purchases; prevent fraud and abuse; provide support; send required service messages; diagnose failures; monitor reliability and cost; enforce our Terms; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Service providers
We use vetted service providers for application hosting, authentication, private storage, image analysis, payment processing, and transactional email. We share only information reasonably needed for each function, and their handling is governed by applicable privacy and data-processing terms. Stripe is our payment processor and is identified where customers enter or manage payment information.
5. Payments
VisionRenamer does not store full payment-card numbers. Stripe collects and processes payment details. We receive billing identifiers, purchase and subscription status, amounts, refunds, disputes, and related event information needed to maintain your account and credit ledger.
6. Cookies, referral attribution, and analytics
We use essential authentication/session technologies and local browser storage for functions such as sign-in, security, and theme preference. If you visit through a VisionRenamer referral link, we may store a referral code in a first-party cookie for up to 30 days so the first valid referrer can receive credit if you create an account and later make a qualifying purchase. We retain referral attribution, anonymous referral status, reward, refund, reversal, and audit records to operate and protect the program. Customer referral dashboards do not disclose a referred customer's name, email address, purchase details, or images.
We use first-party, privacy-conscious analytics and Google Analytics 4 to understand page views, approximate visitors, referral sources, device and browser categories, landing-page performance, and non-identifying product events. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser technologies and receives technical information such as truncated location, device, browser, and interaction data. We have disabled Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals in our site configuration, do not send customer names, email addresses, image filenames, or image contents to Google Analytics, and do not use these analytics for behavioral advertising profiles. You can limit analytics cookies through your browser settings or use Google's Analytics opt-out tools.
7. Retention
Temporary source images and ZIP artifacts follow the short retention and deletion behavior described above. Account, billing, credit, job-history, support, security, notification, and audit records are retained as reasonably necessary to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain financial records, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods differ by record type and provider.
8. Security
We use measures including private file storage, authorization checks, role-based administration, protected downloads, encrypted transport, payment verification, rate limits, audit records, and restricted administrative credentials. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information through our contact page. Some records may be retained where required for billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or legal compliance. You can cancel a subscription from the billing page; cancellation does not automatically delete the account or required financial history.
10. Children
VisionRenamer is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top, and material changes will be communicated where reasonably required.
