What is a credit?＋
One credit equals one successfully renamed image. Images that fail processing do not use a credit.
How does VisionRenamer create filenames?＋
VisionRenamer analyzes each image and generates a descriptive filename based on visible content. You can review and edit names before downloading.
Do you store my images?＋
VisionRenamer uses private temporary storage to process images and create downloads; it does not build a permanent photo library. Downloadable ZIPs may remain available for up to 48 hours while retained, and clearing a completed batch schedules its source and ZIP files for deletion.
Will VisionRenamer reduce my image quality?＋
No. VisionRenamer only changes the filename. Your images are not compressed, resized, edited, or otherwise modified.
Does VisionRenamer change anything besides the filename?＋
No. The downloaded image remains the same image you uploaded, with a more useful filename.
Can I upload an entire folder?＋
Yes. You can select multiple images or upload a folder and process the files together as a batch.
How large can one batch be?＋
A batch can contain up to 1,000 images. Finish processing, download every ZIP part you need, and clear the current workspace before starting another batch.
Can I review and edit filenames?＋
Yes. Review every generated filename and make manual edits before downloading the renamed ZIP or exporting a CSV.
What happens when an image cannot be renamed?＋
The image is flagged for review. You are charged only for images that are successfully renamed.
Do unused subscription credits roll over?＋
No. Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Purchased add-on credits never expire.
Which credits are used first?＋
Free promotional credits are used first, subscription credits are used next, and purchased credits are used last because they never expire.
How does annual billing work?＋
The annual plan is billed once per year, while its 10,000 subscription credits refresh monthly.
Can I change from annual to monthly?＋
Annual payments are not refunded mid-term. Cancel annual renewal before the paid-through date; your annual plan and monthly credit grants continue through that term. After it ends, choose the monthly plan in Billing & Credits.
Can I cancel a subscription?＋
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the secure Stripe billing portal.
Is there a free way to try it?＋
Yes. Create an account with 50 free trial credits before choosing a paid plan. No credit card is required.
Can I buy credits without a subscription?＋
Yes. One-time credit packs are available. Purchased credits never expire.
